March 6th

Bald Eagles are pretty common around home this time of year. It's not uncommon to see over 20 at a time soaring high in a thermal or feeding on a bait ball. For some reason on March 6th however things were a little more busy than usual and a little physically closer to home than regular. At one point I counted 50 from the backyard. They were quite active coming and going from the trees and made for some excellent photo opportunities.
